Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These terms govern your use of Crusonia (crusonia.io), operated by iSelect Fund Management, LLC ("iSelect," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Crusonia is a private, invitation-only platform. Access is granted at our discretion and may be conditioned on your role in the network. You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law. Adults in the United States and other countries may use the service, subject to applicable legal restrictions.

3. The service

Crusonia is a market-intelligence and collaboration platform: members contribute information, the platform organizes and analyzes it (including with AI), and members use the results to understand markets and coordinate work. The service evolves continuously and features may change.

4. Your content

You own the content you contribute. By contributing it, you grant us a license to host, process, analyze, and display it within the platform — including processing by AI models to produce summaries and insights — so we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights to contribute what you contribute, including honoring any confidentiality obligations you owe to others.

Processing your content to provide an AI feature does not authorize broader model training. Your content is not used to train or improve general-purpose AI models without your separate, affirmative consent. AI output may contain errors; verify it before relying on it. Event recordings and attendee sharing

Events support collective intelligence: attendees share information and insights with the attendee network. Unless an event notice explicitly states otherwise, events are recorded, and recordings, transcripts, and summaries may be made available to attendees for that purpose. These recordings are not intended for public distribution or promotion under this notice.

You can ask iSelect before or during an event to exclude your identifiable participation from recording or attendee distribution. We will make reasonable efforts to honor your request, including editing material where practicable, but cannot guarantee removal of information other attendees have already heard or independently retained. If you do not want information shared with the attendee network, do not contribute it or participate in the affected session. Contact us beforehand about participation arrangements. Existing confidentiality restrictions still apply, and this notice does not replace separate consent required by law.

5. Linked accounts

If you link an external account (such as Google or Microsoft 365), you confirm the account is yours or that you are authorized to link it. You control the scope of each link, and we access linked data only as you have configured. Our handling of linked-account data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no unauthorized access, scraping, probing, or circumvention of access controls; no contributing content that is unlawful or that you lack rights to share; no using the platform to harass or harm others; no redistributing other members' compartmented information outside the platform without authorization.

7. No investment advice

Content on the platform — including AI-generated summaries, signals, and analyses — is information, not investment advice, and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation of any investment strategy. Any investment activity conducted by members of the network is governed by its own separate agreements and disclosures.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, and its branding are ours or our licensors'. These terms grant you no rights in them beyond the access needed to use the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy of any information or analysis on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on platform content, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or where required to protect the platform or its members.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including mandatory consumer protections in your country. Separate investment agreements and disclosures continue to govern investment activity. Terms about content rights, confidentiality, accrued payment obligations, and liability survive termination to the extent needed to give them effect, subject to your privacy rights and applicable law.

11. SMS Terms

Program and consent. iSelect Fund Management, LLC (iSelect) operates the iSelect Fund text messaging program for Crusonia. iSelect Fund is the registered SMS brand. By separately opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages about accounts, service alerts, event updates and reminders, and responses to your requests, including conversations with Wilson. This program does not send marketing or promotional texts. Providing your number or accepting these terms does not enroll you. Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase or event attendance. Available message types and enrollment methods are described when you opt in; your consent applies only to those disclosed subjects.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on the program and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's messaging and data charges are your responsibility.

Opt out and support. Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to cancel text messages at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance. To request removal from the messaging list, email curious@iselectfund.com.

Delivery and privacy. Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability; messages may be delayed or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our collection, use, and sharing of mobile information and messaging consent are described in our Text Messaging Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and disputes

Missouri law governs these platform terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a platform dispute, contact iSelect at curious@iselectfund.comwith a description of the issue. We will attempt to resolve it informally for 30 days after receiving notice. This process does not prevent urgent relief, filing before a legal deadline, or contacting a regulator.

If the dispute is not resolved, it may be brought in the state courts of St. Louis County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, as applicable. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in a local court under applicable law, including in their country of residence. These terms do not require arbitration. Separate investment agreements retain their own governing-law and dispute provisions.
